1. Course Enrollment

1.1. Enrollment in the Technical Virtual Assistants PH course is open to individuals who wish to enhance their skills in technical virtual assistance.

1.2. By enrolling, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Course Fee and Payment

2.1. The course fee must be paid in full before access to the course materials is granted.

2.2. All payments are final and non-refundable under any circumstances.

2.3. Payment methods will be specified at the time of enrollment. Failure to complete payment may result in the cancellation of enrollment.

3. Course Access and Materials

3.1. Upon successful enrollment, participants will receive access to course materials, which may include video lessons, workbooks, templates, and other digital resources.

3.2. Course materials are for personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, copied, or resold.

3.3. Access to the course is granted for a specified duration as indicated at the time of enrollment.

3.4 If you become inactive for a period of six (6) months, you will retain access to the Course materials, but you will be removed from the support group.

4. No Refund Policy

4.1. All course fees are non-refundable, regardless of whether the participant completes the course or not.

4.2. No refunds will be issued for missed lessons, dissatisfaction, or inability to continue the course for any reason.

4.3. Participants are encouraged to review the course details before making a purchase.

5. Code of Conduct

5.1. Participants are expected to engage in a professional and respectful manner within the course community.

5.2. Any form of harassment, inappropriate behavior, or violation of course rules may result in removal from the course without a refund.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1. All course materials, including but not limited to videos, documents, and resources, are protected by copyright laws and remain the property of Technical Virtual Assistants PH.

6.2. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of any course content is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. Technical Virtual Assistants PH is not responsible for any technical issues, delays, or disruptions beyond its control.

7.2. The course does not guarantee employment, freelance opportunities, or specific financial outcomes.

8. Amendments

8.1. These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued enrollment in the course after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
